Our corporate office is located just north of downtown Tampa in the Tampa Heights Historic District. The building was constructed in 1909 and accommodated a variety of businesses over the years. After it had been closed for a decade, Giant acquired the building and began the restoration process.

To retain the historic features of the building, our restoration team researched photo archives to determine the original design of the building and maintained as many aspects of the original building as possible. This included the painstaking tasks of re-grouting the entire building to restore, and not replace, each and every brick on the exterior. The interior of the building has a modern feel to accommodate the owner’s contemporary taste.
